So with a dream in mind I have decided that I need to start eating healthier and get my body back in shape. Kinda starting to look sloppy. After my surgery last november I havent been able to play sports anymore (sports was my life, my all, the only thing I truelly cared about. Guess God has a diff. plan for me!) I have gotten soooo lazy! I never work out or anything. But yeah! I need to not so much go on a diet, but start making healthier food selections. Thats really hard being on campus, they have chick fil a and thats like my fav so i have basically been eating that everyday the past two weeks and a burger from Johhnys. not healthy at all. Lately I have also only been eating one meal a day. How im still living i have no clue. But time for a change!
I also want to loose some wait and gain alot back in muscle.
All with a dream in mind!

I feel you! With school back in session @ night, I've been eating my share of crap.
ReplyDeleteMy advice is to eat a smaller heathier dinner. During the day drink lots of water & plenty of green veggies. Antioxidants are always best!!
